Globe Roaming Activation
There’s nothing specific you need to do, just turn on your phone, and it will connect to Globe’s partner network automatically.
If you want a stronger connection, set your device to 2G/3G first, then switch to LTE once you’re registered for a data roaming promo. Also, check available call and text promos abroad, including those for IDD and non IDD countries.
Why Dont I have Roaming Signal?
Sometimes when you travel abroad, you may have no roaming signal. The main reason is that some countries have already shut down 2G and 3G networks, which causes signal loss. To fix this issue, try the following steps:
- Ensure your Globe SIM registration is completed, because if your SIM isn’t active, your roaming signal will not appear.
- Restart your phone
- Select the network manually
- Make sure your phone settings (Android/iOS) allow LTE roaming
